Stress Identification and Management: An introduction to using a mind, body, spirit approach. How to manage stressful thoughts, how to calm a tense body and how to connect with our unique human spirit.

Dr Ranaa Farooq and Dr Sarah Burns-Waller from ‘We Harmonise’ will be delivering a one-hour introductory session on stress identification and management. As life coaches with medical experience as GPs and lived experience of stress and burnout, they offer an overview of a mind, body and spirit approach. Exploring simple ways to recognise stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with our human spirit.

If possible, we suggest joining from a quiet, comfortable space so you can follow along with any guided moments.
