Join Dr Sona Matthai, consultant paediatrician, and Saliha Hamroun, Specialist nurse for a session on managing children’s incontinence and enuresis in primary care.
This session will look at normal development milestones, how to discuss with parents, how to help parents manage with signposting to resources, referral criteria into specialist services, and what needs to have been tried and managed in primary care before referral.
This session will run as 45 mins of teaching with 15 mins Q+A at the end. It is suitable for all primary care and community clinicians who see children –ACP’s, Practice nurses (including student nurses on placement in primary care), health visitors, AHP’s, GP ‘s (including trainees and medical students currently on placement in primary care) and PA’s.
