Call for Case Studies - Advanced Practice Conference 2025

Shared on behalf of the NHSE Faculty for Advancing Practice

The National Advanced Practice team is starting to forward plan for the Advanced Practice Conference 2025 (dates to be confirmed), and they’re looking to showcase inspiring, real-world examples of how advanced practice is transforming the workforce and making a real impact on patient care.

This year, the spotlight will be on short, engaging 10–15 minute case studies that highlight how advanced practitioners and teams are driving change – particularly in relation to the following three key shifts:

🔹 Sickness to Prevention – Shifting the focus from treating illness to promoting health and preventing disease
🔹 Community – Strengthening care close to home and within communities
🔹 Analogue to Digital – Embracing innovation and technology to enhance care delivery
