New to supervision/reflective practice

A virtual core supervision training session is available on 16 February, both 1-5pm via MS Teams. You are welcome to repeat the training if it has been a while, or please share with your colleagues who may be interested. Staff who have undertaken core supervision training

Thursday 14 March & Friday 15 March, 12:30-13:30 virtual sessions. A practical session learning how to undertake an action learning set (ALS) approach to supervision.  Same session delivered both days, you don’t need to attend both.

All relevant staff have already been sent a MS Teams calendar invitation.

In collaboration with Dr Debbie Cross (Senior Academic/Registered Nurse & Psychotherapist) and Gemma Hodge (Academic & Advanced Nurse Practitioner), both Coventry University-Scarborough Campus, we are excited to present an evaluation of a quality improvement initiative examining benefits and challenges of implementing Core Clinical Supervision training in primary care. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported this research. We are presenting the findings at the Best Practice Conference, London, on 29 Feb 2024, 10:00 – 10:45 at the Nursing and Multi-disciplinary Teams Theatre. I am pleased to announce we have some special guest speakers who will be sharing their own journeys of implementing supervision in practice:
