To be issued with a certificate of attendance for this session, you need to submit completed competencies to pcdltd.training-hub@nhs.net  as the Training Hub cannot take responsibility for competency sign-off of HCAs.

Course eligibility

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully funded training session for Nurses, Nursing Associates, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Assistants in General Practice in South Yorkshire

Before applying for this training session, we recommend that HCAs have completed the Care Certificate first.
