For those working in Primary Care in South Yorkshire
We have colleagues from Doncaster Complex Lives and Mental Health and Rough Sleepers Programme joining us to discuss the impact of experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping on health and wellbeing. They will be sharing their work supporting vulnerable people who have experienced homelessness We hope to be joined by a client who can share from their lived experience.
We will be discussing the challenges and barriers that they face in accessing healthcare and looking at how we can improve their care.
