The menopause is finally receiving extensive coverage, and discussions surrounding it are no longer considered taboo. After all, half of the population will experience it, while the other half is likely to be impacted by its effects on women in their lives, including work colleagues, family members, and friends.

- How its symptoms affect individuals both functionally and psychologically.
- What support options are available.
- Discussions on therapies HRT and other treatments.
- Why women should no longer feel compelled to endure what can be a debilitating experience for a protracted period in their lives.
