Inspire the Next Generation: Help Shape Youth Volunteering in Primary Care

We’re creating a new Youth Volunteering Toolkit—and we’d love your input.

This toolkit is designed to help NHS and VCSE organisations offer meaningful volunteering opportunities to young people aged 16–24. For primary care settings, it’s a chance to spark interest in healthcare careers and build a future workforce that understands and values your work.

Even if you’ve never worked with young volunteers before, your perspective matters. We want to hear what support you’d need, what concerns you might have, and what ideas you have for making youth volunteering work in your setting.

Together, we can make youth volunteering a practical and inspiring pathway into primary care.
