Leadership Development Programme with evening online webinars

Who? 

The leadership sessions are for any clinical professional working in general practice in South Yorkshire at any stage of career post early years  (i.e. not on GP new to practice fellowship, nurse VTS, PA preceptorship or following FCP roadmap)

What? 

Are you thinking about the possibility of leadership? Not really sure what it means or whether it is for you? Thinking about the next step but not sure where to start?

This is a leadership development programme for healthcare professionals working in primary care in South Yorkshire.

  • To inspire you to recognise and embrace your leadership potential.
  • To provide you with knowledge and skills for effectively lead in healthcare settings.
  • To increase your confidence and self-belief, empowering you to take up leadership roles.
  • To cultivate a mindset of continuous growth and development in leadership capabilities.

Redefining Leadership: Cultivating Confidence and Inspiring Change in Healthcare.

No previous leadership experience expected.

When? 

These sessions are held monthly and will be ran by Dr Sarah Merrifield, Urgent Care GP and Clinical Lecturer in Manchester.

Course of 6 linked evening online interactive workshops. Book on to the full block of sessions taking place on a Wednesday evening 7:30pm – 9:30pm

May 15th, June 5th and June 19th, July 3rd, July 17th and August 7th

As these sessions run as a block, we would expect you to try to attend a minimum of 4 sessions if possible. Places are limited, and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you miss a sessions without any prior notice, we do reserve the right to contact you to ask if you wish to continue, in case your space can be offered to another clinician.
