Survive & Thrive: Mentoring

One to one peer mentoring provided by GP-S

Who?

These sessions are for any clinical professional working in general practice in South Yorkshire at any stage of career post early years (i.e. not on GP new to practice fellowship, nurse VTS, PA preceptorship or following FCP roadmap)

What?

These sessions are provided through GP-S. They offer one to one peer mentoring, up to 6 free sessions with a trained and quality assured mentor over the course of 12 months.

You and your mentor will work together to reflect on your situation from different perspectives and to explore ways forward.

When?

Together with your mentor you can organise up to 6 sessions over a 12 month period at a time that is convenient for you both.

How?

You can register for mentoring on the GP-S website.

GP-S will then take more details from you and match you with up to 4 suitable mentors and you can select your preferred mentor.

Unfortunately, you will not be paid for your time during these sessions.

Further information on how to sign up and the benefits of mentoring can be found on the GP-S website.
