The programme is being tailored for a primary care audience and is aimed at registered clinical healthcare professionals working in primary care who are currently operating in senior leadership roles and who have the potential and aspiration to progress into more senior clinical, system or board-level leadership roles. This includes GPs, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, AHPs, and other registered clinical professionals. This intake will provide targeted development for clinical senior leaders in primary care, equipping them to lead meaningful change and improve outcomes for local communities.
