Survey - TEWV Mental Health CPD for Primary Care

TEWV is keen to develop a programme of Mental Health CPD for GPs, and would like to invite GPs within their catchment (North Yorkshire, York and Selby, County Durham, Darlington and Teesside) to complete the below survey, to help the Medical Education Team to plan content and delivery of educational sessions.
