System Collaborative Programme - Open for Applications

We’re pleased to share that the Systems Collaborative Programme is now open for applications.
Commencing in September 2025, the programme is aimed at collaboratives – groups of 3-7 members working together to lead initiatives that improve health outcomes for your staff, population, and community. Collaboratives can be multidisciplinary, cross-organisational, or cross-agency and programme is open to anyone working within the health and care system, regardless of grade, profession and employer.
The key benefit of the programme is that it offers experiential learning while working on an improvement in real time, through a mixture of group learning sessions and ring-fenced time for collaboratives to work on their project with an experienced organisational development facilitator, and has previously resulted in tangible outcomes that improve population health and tackle inequalities by developing collaborative leadership skills and building trust across organisational boundaries.
Applications are now open and close on 25th July 2025.
