Menopause Matters, so let’s talk about it!

In August we have an educational evening with Jorge Clavijo, consultant urologist specialising in female urology and urogynaecology, who will be discussing UTIs and cystitis during peri-menopause, along with answering all your questions and queries you might have. The event is free to attend, is CPD accredited, with a buffet dinner provided as a part of the evening.

This event is being hosted at Lowfield Clinic on the 6^th August, 6:30-8PM.

New for Spire Hull and East Riding, we also have our Menopause Café coming on the 19^th August! Join us at our site for a chance to speak about and share all things menopause with our consultants, specialists and other attendees.

We’re looking to provide a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere where all are welcome to speak and share with each other, be they patient, Primary Care colleague, Spire staff, or none of the above. Friends, family, partners- The door is open and all are welcome to attend this free event, no matter where they are in their menopause journey or if they’re offering support to those going through it.

The consultants and specialists available on the evening cover a wide range of specialties, from diet, nutrition, exercise, sexual health, gynaecology, urology, and more. We also have colleagues from Spire providing info on more holistic approaches, such as wellbeing and reiki.
