Our Health Inequalities educators have extensive experience working in Deep End Practices across South Yorkshire. Their passion lies in teaching and addressing health inequalities within primary care. They provide comprehensive training on health inequalities to all primary care professionals in the South Yorkshire region.
FAIRSTEPS to Fairer Practice gives you the tools, structure and support to turn evidence into meaningful action.
This bespoke, evidence‑informed programme supports primary care teams to design and deliver practical, equity‑generating interventions based on local population need. Using the FAIRSTEPS framework, you will develop cost‑effective and sustainable solutions that improve access, experience and outcomes for the patients who need it most.
This conference brings people together from across health, including primary and secondary care, local authorities, academia, and the voluntary sector to spark ideas, share learning, and drive meaningful change
Together, we will explore the issues, learn from what is working well, and identify practical actions to create a more inclusive, accessible, and fairer system for all children and young people
