CATALYST: creating a new General Practice
Our region is leading national efforts to revitalise general practice. The CATALYST programme is a core part of this local workforce development. Join us to hear how CATALYST is working to revitalise professional practice and support our regional efforts to reclaim General Practice.
Join our interactive day to hear how we’re making a difference and how you can benefit from and be part of ongoing plans. We know you are busy so we’ve arranged things so you can join us remotely and flexibly – for the parts of the day that are most important for you.
You’ll hear direct from our CATALYST GPs who will describe how they are developing and driving improvements in local care; and what they’ve learned about how we can work together to retain our workforce. The CATALYST team will update you on the new programme which we are launching in September. We’ve updated the course in response to the feedback you shared with the ICB evaluation.
We’ll also be celebrating the achievements of our Consultant GPs as they complete Year 1 of the CATALYST Programme.
There’s an option to join us in person for some or all of the day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
