Update: New Process for Submitting Queries to the NEY School of Pharmacy
We’re writing to inform you of an important update regarding how queries are managed by the NHS England North East and Yorkshire School of Pharmacy. These changes are designed to improve the efficiency of our responses and help signpost you to the most relevant information more effectively.
What’s Changing?
From 10 November 2025, the School inbox will no longer accept new queries directly via email. Instead:
- General queries should be submitted via our new Query Submission Form.
- Support for individual trainees should be directed through the NEY Pharmacy Trainee Support Request Form, with guidance available in the Trainee Support Guide.
Emails sent directly to the inbox for new queries will no longer be monitored.
