GP Partner Launchpad is designed to help all new and aspiring partners (including non-GPs) in South Yorkshire to thrive by unlocking their potential, empowering them to lead change, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills, and building networks and connections that will support their career development for years to come.

Specific topics we will cover:

Understanding practice finances – accounts, contracts, QOF & income
Skills for running and growing your business
Insight into estates management
Tackling health inequalities as a partner
Knowing the role of LMC, GPC & BMA and how they support you
Becoming a confident leader, manager & employer
Handling HR issues and team dynamics
Building strong partnerships & resolving conflict
Managing workload and protecting your wellbeing

When and where?

Sessions will be run monthly for 12 months and be delivered on a Thursday evening.

We envisage some sessions being face to face at Manor Oaks Studio 1, 389 Manor Lane, Sheffield S2 1UL, and some being online.
