Group Clinic Training Opportunity

Is your practice/PCN interested in finding out more about running group clinics/shared medical appointments?

Does your team want to receive fully funded group clinic training PLUS claim an additional £3000 honorarium?

The South Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub has received funding to support 20 practices/PCNs to deliver CVD group clinics.

Deadline: please submit your form by Friday 12^th December
We will review your application and let you know if you have been successful by the Friday 19^th December

If your application is successful:

You will be contacted by the 19^th December to say whether or not your application has been successful
ELC will email you with details of the initial online training that each person involved in delivering the clinics will need to complete
A 2 month period is granted for your team to complete this initial online training
Full day of face to face training for all in your team delivering the group clinic on either 24^th or 26^th Feb (We will liaise with you about which date is most suitable for your team)
