We are delighted to introduce the Nursing Associate Preceptorship and Clinical Progression 12-month Scheme (NAPCPS) for Primary Care, designed to provide invaluable support to Nursing Associates who are new to their role within general practice. We understand the importance of ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration for Nursing Associates, and our scheme aims to do just that.

Challenges can arise when welcoming new team members to general practice. With our Preceptorship and Clinical Progression Scheme, we offer a structured and comprehensive support system to help Nursing Associates acclimate to their role and thrive in the primary care setting. We will provide tailored guidance and individualised support to ensure a positive and successful preceptorship experience.

Over the course of 12 months, our programme will empower Nursing Associates to develop their skills, gain confidence, and provide exceptional care to your patients. The PCWTH will be there every step of the way, offering insights and training, answering questions, and providing a nurturing environment for growth.

We firmly believe that investing in the professional development of Nursing Associates ultimately benefits the entire practice. By participating in our preceptorship programme, Nursing Associates will enhance their knowledge, contribute to improved patient outcomes, and strengthen the overall quality of care provided by your practice.

We invite you to partner with us in this transformative journey. Together, we can foster a supportive and empowering environment that helps Nursing Associates thrive in their roles, enhances patient-centred care, and contributes to the continued success of your practice.
