Pharmacy Clinical Training - 7 modules covered over several bitesize sessions
Module 1: Clinical Consultation and Decision-Making Skills
A 1-hour interactive clinical training session delivered by a GP and Clinical Pharmacist, designed to develop and strengthen pharmacists’ clinical consultation and assessment skills.
Includes a 45-minute presentation, and 15-minute Q&A session.
Fully funded – virtual training session.
The session will cover the key stages of a clinical consultation, including:
- Consultation skills
- History taking
- Assessment, examination and investigation
- Clinical decision-making
- Planning and follow-up
The session provides a practical overview of the clinical consultation process, supporting pharmacists to apply a structured approach to patient assessment and clinical decision-making within practice.
